How can I maintain a healthy weight? (continued)

I am 5'5. I dance ballet play DDR and I do strength exercises like crunches and pushups and stuff a couple times a week and cardio most days and DDR almost everyday. I exercise basically everyday and I am not sure what body type I am but people always think I weigh less then I do. I know I am not a big body structure though so either small or medium and I just turned 17 also I gain weight mostly in my abdomen and inner thighs and I have very muscular legs with normal arms and almost no breasts.

Not everyone is meant to look like a waifish model.

As much as you work out it is hard for me to believe that you are at an unhealthy weight.

FWIW, conventional wisdom is that long workouts burn more calories than short intense ones. In my life that has been the case as well. In high school I went out for winter track and track and field. I mainly did shot put and discus but I ran 100, quarter, and mile relay (though not very well). In HS I wasn't super lean; I stayed 190-200 and most people looking at might have thought I could loose 10 lbs. In college I got into cycling and raced bikes a few seasons. Our most common training ride was 40 miles though sometimes as short as 25 or as long as 90. With the longer training sessions I got lean. I was 175 lbs and pinching below 5% body fat and most people who saw me thought that I looked too skinny; you could count my ribs all while I was eating like a horse.

I don't think 200 lbs is an unhealthy weight for me even though at 6' that BMI would be considered overweight. If you want to get leaner try longer exercise sessions even if you have to lower the intensity.
