Mcdonalds orientation

I had an interview for McDonalds Friday. I read up on what was going to be going on at the orientation, and most people said their orientations were only an hour to an hour and a half long. Mine is three hours long. What do you think we'll have to do,...

it's not at the store, it's at their main office. I want to know if we'll be asked questions, also sort of like a second interview and I want to know if these means I am for sure hired.

Usually if you have an orientation date set up, you've got the job.
Orietation is pretty much training, telling you what to do and expect.
