My login on most political issue sites is IDONTLIKEEITHER1. Having said that, 3 of the 4 candidates has never run anything but their congressional staff maybe 20 people. Senators write legislation they don't run the government, a business or a military unit. Palin was the mayor of a small town and ran the State of Alaska. McCain has life experience Obama does not. McCain fought for this country and paid a great price for it. Obama in the mean time has associated with the former head of the Weathermen Underground. A terrorist organization that killed innocent American men, women and kids in the 1970's. Obama kicked off his political career at his home in Chicago. He worked with him on ACORN projects in Chicago. He has gone to church for 20 years with a pastor who hates whites and America in general. Obama refused to refute him until it became damaging to his presidential campaign. And speaking of ACORN, they have now commited the greatest voter fraud gathering votes for Obama, in the history of the U.S. Obama is the the most liberal Senator we now have. McCain is a centrist Republican who has worked with Democrats many times in his Senate career, sometimes to his detrement from his own party when Republicans came down on the wrong side of an issue. I will vote for the best man or woman for President, I don't care the sex, race or religion of that individual. But prejudice and racism is wrong no matter who it is against black, hispanic, white whatever. And we certainly don't need a President who appears to at least tolerate racist, Anti-American sentiment, nor one who associates with known terrorists. So as Socrates put it, it is a choice of the lesser of two evils. Look at the history and the person before you vote. Change, that's a great line in this campaign, but change to what? The only line I took away from the debates was one from McCain that I can agree with. The Presidency is not a place for on-the-job-training.

I'm a Democrat, however I've always thought that McCain was different from the right wing Republicans. With this particular race its showing that he's no different, he's just kept it hidden well.

If figured if the Demo ticket did lose maybe it wouldn't be so bad, but again I was wrong. He picked a running mate they knew barely anything about and now it comes back to haunt him. His own party doesn't like Palin. The further we go the deeper she gets into this investigation not to mention Palin and the First Dude's plan to make Alaska indepedant lol. They get in what's to stop them?

MCCain has turn into Bush only worst. He's allowed a major role a rasism to begin to run his campain. Now Obama has to not only watch out for him ,but his family as well. I know not all races get along, but I thought we'd gotten past the point of kill him'. When Castro says some thing about our status there's something seriously wrong.

McCain has vote with Bush and has stated by him and Palin the only thing they would change from this adminstration is dealing with Pakistan. I've heard nothing different. People are without jobs and worrying about if they will every retire because of Bush, I don't think we need another one or even worst a Palin to represent use in the trying, desprate times. Plain and simple the rich get richer and the poor stay poor. Enough is enough. That's all McCain wants to keep doing, he doesn't care about the common man. Give me a break.

I compare McCain to GW Bush the same way I compare GH Bush to Reagan.

GH Bush could have been a much better president if he didn't follow Reagan. After 8 years of being on board with Reagan he had no choice than to try to milk 4 years of false prosperity out of tax cuts and deficit spending. If he was elected in 1980 he could have had a better fiscal and foreign policy than Reagan.

If McCain was elected in 2000 he would have been a much better president than GW Bush. McCain had better ideas, better advisors, and a higher level of competancy. The problem is that he had to sell his soul to get the Republican nod for 2008. He used to be different from Bush but now he is largely indistinguishable.

a lot says he is, im not going to lie, I really dont know, but I dont think obama is the greatest thing ever, obama wants to do a 1 world government and turn our militiry over to the un for a one world militry, and he wants to make US Canada and Mexico one country, thats not a good idea, our country is going to fall whether obama or mccain is in office, I just hope that our congress is smart enough not to let these things pass, if they do, we are screwed over

MCcain has a mind of his own.
As he mentioned to Obama last night, he said Quote, I'm not George Bush Quote. Then He said to Obama also, Quote, If you wanted to run against George Bush, you should've ran 4 years ago quote. I love those lines. I thought MCcain was right on. Yet Obama kept his cool and was pretty much on offense.
So, I'd say, no! MCcain won't be like Bush at all. He won't turn this country into Europe. Obama will. Just think, if Obama wins, our freedom is gone, our liberty will be gone, we'll just be a socialized country like France. I won't let that happen.

jimahl,

Spoken like a true, I don't have any arguments other than to call others liars left wing, I don't want to hear the truth, liberal. If you wish to debate, go look at the facts. There are no misstatements in my posting. I don't care for either of these men, but I sure as hell don't want my country run by someone who has no sense when it comes to choosing his associates, unless he agrees with them. Obama is an associate of William Ayers, a spoiled rich kid who led a ring of thugs in the 1970's who wanted to change America by bombing and killing innocent Americans. Obama went to church with his lovely wife for twenty, let me repeat that number twenty years pastored by one of the worst racist and America haters since Lewis Faracon. Now I have a number of issues with Senator Obama's wishful thinking tax plan and his wishy washy quickly changing his mind when challenged on issues. Would you set down and talk with terrorist states with no pre-conditions? yes. This ignorant statement was challenged by most everyone familiar with foreign affairs, including a number of former Democrat and Republican Secretaries of State . Then he suddenly thought it wasn't such a good idea. ty read before you write, especially libelous statements as calling people liars, without apparently any fact checking on your part.
