You ARE hard headed. You don't even know fully about the responsibilities of sex, and yet you're doing it. Do you know why I say that? It's because you haven't even heard of the Plan B (also known as the Morning After) pill. If you've armed yourself with that knowledge, you could have taken that pill within the first 72 hours after intercourse (though more effective in the first 24 hours), and that pill can help you prevent implantation. You don't even know what happens after a guy ejaculates in you. Clearly you shouldn't be having sex. But no, you don't want to hear the talk, even though you really should listen. I don't care what age you are, if you want to have sex, learn all you can about STDs/STIs, pregnancy, birth control, and contraceptives BEFORE doing it.
Now for your question at hand, you're going to know that you're pregnant way before you feel the symptoms. And the only way to know that you're pregnant or not is to take a home pregnancy test. You must wait and see if you miss your upcoming period, THEN take the test if you do miss it, as it's more effective then rather than taking it now. Depending on the brand of the test, you can take it the day you miss your period, or 5-7 days after you miss you period - you'll have to read the instructions.
actually ma'am. I do know of Plan B. I was actually in classes. I know of the morning pill. thing is. YOU NEED MONEY FOR IT. something a fourteen year old cant come up with. NOWHERE TO GET IT. plus parents was out of town. I had no ride to get it.
no money+no ride+no 18 to get the pill= no morning pill. Like I said.
DON'T give me the whole mommy talk. I will get that in a few weeks if I do find out
I am pregnant thank you. I may look like a little teenager who dont know what she is doing. well ma'am. I grew up a little too fast. my dad's death made me do that. want to argue about that. go ahead an try it. I wanted to have sex. so therefore I did. at least I was smart enough to use a condom. I was on birth control. IT MESSED ME UP. not my fault. I took 2 classes about STD'S all the other stuff you said. so question me before you start next time. thanks for answering the question. But you honestly don't need to give me the mommy talk. Like I said I've basically had it already. IDGAF about it. All I do is enjoy life. can careless what happens. I smoke; I drink; I have sex. im fourteen. nobody can make me stop either.
ANYBODY else want to give me this mommy talk. DONT bother. I'll
copy paste this just send it too you too.
xD
k thanks 3
Well you admitted you weren't ready realistically. You had no money for the pill, no way to obtain it and put yourself at risk. I haven't come here to tell you that you can't have sex though. Plus I'm a man, so I can't give you the mummy talk. My advice to you is to not be too 'thick'-headed. If you do want to have sex, save up some money for the pill and look for avenues to get it (without your parents knowing; if that's a problem). I was unaware that you had to be 18 to get the pill... Maybe different countries have different policies.
You must put your safety first! As for finding out if you're pregnant, use a home pregnancy test if you notice any delay in your period. If there is one, take a test and you will soon know whether or not you are pregnant. I'm assuming you have no intention of having a child, so abortion is the next option. I don't know where you're from and abortion laws differ between countries. Seeing as you are sexually active, reading up on abortion laws and how/ where to obtain 'the pill' would be a positive step.
Just remember to be thorough about this. At your age, pregnancy is a real problem and so finding out whether you're pregnant early is an imperative. If you do wish to continue having sex, I would recommend obtaining the pill and getting decent condoms first, haha. Believe me, I know about those things ripping. Have your boyfriend (or sexual partner) test out different kinds. Different condoms for different guys!
As for STD's (no I'm not giving you the talk), it's a good thing that you're certain that your partner is/ was clean. The symptoms of STD's might be deceptive (ie: making you think you're pregnant) or perhaps even masking the fact that you are (who knows). Just be mindful of your upcoming period and take action from there. Hope all turns out well for you
!!!
there is a good chance that you could be pregnant if I was you I would go to your doctor asap and ask him to check you over just to make sure or go to the chemist (if there is any near you)and get a pregnancy test.
even if you were to get a pregnancy test from the chemist there still could be a posibillity that you could be pregnant so I would advise you to go to the doctors
You dont EXPLAIN how the pill messed you up...did you not take it regularly like you were suppose to? Or did you take drugs, which will MESS YOU UP!
**I smoke; I drink; I have sex. im fourteen. nobody can make me stop either** Hopefully, this is a wakeup call for you! Every choice, comes with consequences! You are going to have to wait until your next period, if you miss it, then you need to take a pregnancy test.
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen.
Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception
Nausea/Morning Sickness:
This well-known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women are fortunate to not deal with morning sickness at all, while others will feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy
