Masturbation is ok for sure we all do it. But it depends on what you call addicted. There is different opinions about how much is too much. Most experts would say if it is interfering with your normal life then it is too much. For example if you stay home all weekend to jack off instead of going out with friends then you might be addicted. Especially with porn involved. I love porn myself and have been addicted to it in the past but just remember that porn is fantasy and not real. But I would say if you are looking at it everyday then you need to back off some. Your parents would probably not want you to look at it at all. Some serial killers have stated that they started their downturn to the dark world when they started looking at porn.
The other issue of your dick not staying hard for a long time. It is normal for it to go soft after you cum. If your are jacking off everyday then you might need a few days break at times. And possibly if you are looking at porn too much you will need more porn to keep it up. Try giving up the porn and see how that effects you in a few weeks. Your at the age when you should be able to get off just thinking about sex. You shouldn't need porn to do this for you. If you can't give it up you should seek help from you doctor. Porn and sex can be just as bad addiction as drugs, etc. You also might have an addiction kind of personality so don't try drugs even just once. not all guys are the same. I could ejaculate and still hold an errection for another 30 min to an hour. its good to jerk off its normal. but to much at an early age is some what bad. the reason for this is because it teaches you to ejaculate faster. so as soon you get an erection you might last less than 10 min which is bad. here is how you fix it. depending on how many times you do it. once a day cut down to every other day. and do it slow not fast. teach yourself to stay hard longer and keep yourself from not having the climax so soon. also breathing helps focus on your breathing rate. thats what fighters do. breathing helps from not tiring yourself out or reach that peak. also whats bad about a lot is when you get a girlfriend or even a friend you might happen to talk to for a min you will get an erection. if its after, this is normal and the other guys told you about it

if its before, you need to try keeping it hard by playing with it or masturbating (wanking)
