That's like asking how many times do you have sex in a week? Some would say none others would say 14. My point being, it all depends on the person and their needs. When it comes to sex it's a pretty gray zone when it comes to what's normal or not.

Sex studies have prooved that sexual behavior can vary from one individual to the next. Most things are not considered abnormal unless they are seriously hurting you or someone else in some way. This being said whether you masturbate 10 times a week or none at all, both would be considered normal. I also get most of what I want from my boyfriend. Unfortunately, he hasn't quite mastered pleasuring me through clitoral stimulation. Thats when I usually do it for him, its good for me and it really arouses him to watch. On average, when I don't get to see my boyfriend (I see him only on weekends) and start to really miss him, I probably only do it about once a week. I agree, I think 7- 10 times a week is a little excessive and maybe she was exaggerating? well teens do it more than most...I am 16 and it is about 5 times a day, normaly.
on bad days it is about 2. and on good days its about 10. so I guess it depends on the person...
