I am 13 and when I masterbate I feel like I am going to cum but nothing will come out. Is this normal?

Actually it can be normal. Does this happen all the time? Have you ever masturbated and had cum? Everybody develops at different rates. It is possible your body just hasn't reached that point yet although at 13 you should be there soon if not already. It is also possible your cum is going back up into your bladder. This can be abnormal and should be checked out. You won't die from it but you might need a docs treatment. If you never have cum you should ask your regular doctor on your next physical. Otherwise, if it is just occassional then you might be the kind of guy who has multiple orgasms. This means you feel the orgasm but don't cum and also can feel this multiple times in a day.
