Is it normal for a 14 year old to masterbate ?
I masterbate in the evenings and I would like to know other ways I could masterbate.

I was also wondering if it was normal to feel embarressed after masterbating.
And do other people make noises while...

It's totally normal. And at your age even a couple of times a day would not be excessive.
It is a private thing but nothing to be embarrassed about.

masterbation is completly normal and healthy. you could try a vibrator,but seeing how you are only 14,u may not b able to get one. so maybe try something that vibrates. lol but making noises is normal,and feeling embarrased is usually because your not sure how to feel. yeah sure you like it...but yet apart of you feels like ohh no. was I sapose to do that?...am I a sinner now?? but it's not bad to do it. I use to feel the same way too. lol

yes its normal to masterbate a 14 I started at 11
I was embarressed after masterbating but I got over it
and I used to make noises but practise makes perfect
