this is very normal usually males start masturbating around 12-13 and continue for the rest of their teenage years or the rest of their life so it is perfectly normal for you 2 masturbate at 15 and its healthy so dont worry about it

Well actually I think he answered this in the wrong way as I belive he said I have NEVER felt the urge to masterbate in my life and i am 15 and I am a male, Is this normal? Not saying if he did feel the urge. Have you now felt the urge to do it? Or do you still not feel the urge to do it. If you do not masterbate its still normal just some people are differnt then others. I reccomend doing it lol it feels great.

It may grow in time, but perhaps not.
Penis size is nothing to worry about and the fuss that is caused over it by other guys is ridiculous. From my personal experience and from talking to girls it seems that penis size isnt a big deal to them.
My advice is to not worry about it. If it grows it grows and if it doesn't no biggie. Just make sure you don't let any stupid people give you sh*t for it.
