I've been smoken for about 8 months now and I stopped smoken marijuana for bout aweek im drinken plenty of water/gatorade and take niacin also I weight 175 and im 5'10 tall I work out and run im pretty active how long will it take for me to piss clean?

it depends but if I need to clean out my system I run for at least 3 hours a day, I drink tons and tons of water, and I take blood thinners. it works, I have been smokin ever since I was 9. also if I were you I would stop taken niacin cause sometime they test you for that...

They can test for it in your hair these days as traces can be found in hair folicals, so don't jsut think about getting it out of your system get a hair cut aswell, as employers now have the right to drug tests and it is now moving into tests hair strands hope that help
