What should I do with my makeup and hair?

I need some new kind of makeup to use & a new way to do it. & I want to know what kind of haircut would look good on me.
& should I keep my hair blonde?
or dye it a little darker?

okay, well if you put a better picture of your face up, I would be able to give you better advice, but here it goes anyways. I think everyone looks good with layers in your hair, and bangs are really in now, like not big 60s bangs, like swept to the side..so hot.
and for makeup, NATURAL! trust me, just a little mascara and eyeliner, not tons of makeup or foundation.
