im mexian just tell your you think your old enough I beged my mother when I was 13 and she starred leting me wear little by little now im 15 and I wear make up every day just beg her that what I did

well just ask her and be like im not going to were a lot and il even pay for it

WEll 13 is a little young to wear makeup.
maybe 14 or 15.

It depends on what you want to wear.
