How do I get cheap scene makeup

Make up is just make up. There is no such thing as scene makeup. You can find cheap brands like NYC, wet and wild, and cover girl at pretty much any store.

You can get makeup from any store to get the scene look.

There are 1 buck colorful eyeshadows at Walmart that I use.
Look around at Walmart, Target and any drugstore. The list is endless.

It doesn;'t need to be expensive to look good!
