Any makeup tips for someone on a small budget?

ok I feel kinda ugly half of the time and I was wondering if nebody has any good makeup tips for me.I dont have loads of money sooo yea my makeup usually doesnt blend with my skin too well and I wear lotion to help but it doesnt help all that much.

elf makeup is only $1.00 for anything. They have some really good stuff.

There's a brand called 'Jane' that's sold at Wal-mart. I think they still sell it.

Also, if you don't have blush, use lipstick (same color you're using on your lips).

Instead of liquid foundation, use translucent face powder. It's a lot cheaper and looks natural if you don't apply too heavy. Also you can use it in the place of a concealer, like for around the eyes.

If you don't have liquid eyeliner, use a dark shade of eye shadow. I like to keep a cheap (Dollar Store) thing of eyeshadows with lots of colors, just for the dark browns, etc.

You could hit up Wal-Mart.
They have affordable stuff that still works.
