You are both are still young, so it wouldnt matter at this point if you've been together since the age of 10. If she doesnt want to do something, then you shouldnt keep pressuring her. When shes ready to start getting physical, I'm sure she'll let you know, but for now shes still with you, that should be enough proof that she must like you. She doesnt need to make out with you for her to show you how she feels. If she does, then she probably isnt the girl for you.
