From my POV, natural is better...but I'm a guy, and thankfully, my wife was never into makeup before we met.

NATURAL IS BETTER,BUT NOT EVERYONE HAS CLEAR SKIN, SO A LIGHT FOUNDATION COULD REDUSE THE LOOK OF ACNE OR ANY BLEMISHES ON YOUR FACE. WEAR IT LIGHT. DONT CAKE IT ON. IT LOOKS TACKY AND REAL OBVIOUS...

natural!! but only if you have the skin!

If you have blotchy skin, try wearing a light coat of mineral makeup until you get your skin treated.
