what happens when your boyfriend takes quite some time to ejaculate... does that mean he doesn't like you... he says it's because I am not wet... but I don't believe that... so I need yous lots advice XX

Ask him to not masturbate for a while before...at least a few days and this will make your job easier.
Also ask him what kind of stuff he likes etc. so you can make sure your doing what he likes.
I once had a boyfriend who took literally an hour to cum but for him this was really really good so it doesn't nessecarily mean he doesn't like you or you aren't very good.
Also more experience guys often take a lot longer so maybe he's just had a lot of previous experience?

Only you know if you are wet enough and if not...get some replens or good quality lubricant...for some men it can be simply that they cant relax enough to ejaculate. Squeeze with your pelvic floor muscles during sex and vary the speed as it may help...use visual positions...ie with you on top as often if a man is turned on more visually it will help. he shouldnt really blame you but he is obviously worried about it. dont bring it up again...relax.
