Mad at my mum

It hasnt always been like this, we were close after my dad left, but 2 years ago I started going out with a guy, since then I've moved in and weve got engaged, the thing is my mum comes over 6 days a week for 3 hours and I find im snapping at her all the...

time! Even when I have I feel terrable and hate myself for it, and even when she calls me I snapp at her, and for the first time just cut her of mid sentence in a call because I got mad! I hate myself for this, why am I doing this? Im 19 so to old for mood swings

maybe she just feels lonely since your the only family really around, your the only one she has to come to , I wouldn't take it as she's trying to bug you , try having a mother daughter day or try going over her house once in awhile maybe then she won't feel like she needs to always come over your house to see you , but also let her know that you need your space

Maybe you just need a little space from her

If my mother were over 6 days a week, I'd get pretty tired of having her around too

Then maybe you need to learn how to cope with it

Deep breathing, counting exercises, anything just to keep you calm when she visits
