Mac problems

My macbook is sooo slow and I don't know what to do about it
I've tried erasing a lot of my videos and my computer is just soo messed up

another thing is that I downloaded these effects for my photobooth and it messed up my photobooth how do I get...

those effects off?

you might want to take the computer into an apple store. if there is not one close to you, you could put all of your important stuff (photos, music, movies, etc) on an external harddrive, and re-install leopard or tiger. there should have been discs that came with your computer when you bought it in the event that something like this happened.

OR try and see if there are any software updates that you're missing if that's too drastic.

Do a systems update and make sure you're Mac is up to speed with the newest OS X updates (they come out at least twice a month). If that doesn't work, you may need to get more RAM which you'll need to take the Mac into an Apple store.

To remove effects, go to finder. Click on your user drive in the places section on the left hand side. Click on library, then compositions. In that folder you'll find your photobooth effects. Highlight and then move them to the trash.
