Why do you girls lie so much?

No offense or anything but it seems like every girl I know just about everything that comes out of there mouth is a lie. Why do you girls lie so much?

Whether girls lie or whether lying in general is done, such activity comes from a person whose own sense of self is low. To make another person seem 'less', the liar will 'create' a falsehood in order to make herself feel superior. This happens a lot with young girls as they struggle to feel accepted themselves. When you become aware of such behavior, it is easy to detect a pattern of lying in that person.

If you are the one about whom the lie is being told, it doesn't feel good at all. A good 'cure' is to confront the one with 'Are you aware that you lie a lot about people and situations? Do you have any idea why you need to do that? Keep away from details about this/that lie or incident. Stay with the concept that the person is out of integrity with being truthful. Get to the heart of the matter, that which is 'inside'. And stay away from taking the lie personally. Get me?

I'm sorry that you seem to have met all the wrong people, but not all girls are liars.

Well you have either just made a huge generalisation or have met a lot of liars. I know its horrible when someone lies and it breaks trust but don't let it anger you and take it out on every other girl in the world. Good luck with finding a non-lying girl.

not ALL girls lie. boys lie a lot too.

Not ALL girls are liars. Besides, guys do it too. I'm a girl and I'm very straight up and honest with things.

not all girls are liars. but the ones who are usually lie because they are insecure and want attention. they will just say stuff to be included in the conversation.

I think guy lies more than girls and if almost every girl you met are liars than you should hang out with different people. but guys lie too. every where you go people are going to lie to you

Girls lie for attention and self-esteem. They do want to make themselves feel included and funny and cute I am a guy but I know how this works. Guys lie about each other too. Like the generalization that I am completely and totally gay because of how I sit or talk. *coughLIEcough* Basically, I try not to lie but it is necessity sometimes. But, Girls lie, Guys lie.

Some girls lie so they can get attention.
