This is a obvious one... but a juice box. I love juice boxes, yummy.
Here are a few of my Favorites:
Yogurt with fruit and oats...I like to take regular yogurt,bluebwrris,strawberries,and bananas and mix 'em together.I also like to add Oats or Cereal wiht fiber into it all.
Rice Cakes with peanut Butter and Banana slices on top...Tasty<3
Salad,With all your regular salad additions.
Tuna fish,made with low fat mayonnaise.And Instead of putting it on bead,I like to put it in a container and bring crackers or veggies to dip in it.
Also,Campbells has come out wiht these soup-to-go things.You cna just heat them up,and theye pretty low fat.
