What are simple lunch recipes?

I always want a good meal for lunch but can never find any simple recipes that i can just whip together. Anybody know any good easy, fast, simple recipes?

a 30 minute meal would be a potato sterfry potatos, mushrooms, onion, garlic, tomatos and your choice of seasonings like salt pepper what ever you think might taste good

Spinach salad: Baby spinach leaves, chopped red onion, sliced almonds, and drained mandarin oranges, topped with poppyseed dressing. It's delicious, my guy friends love it and it takes 5-10 minutes to throw together. Just wait to add the poppyseed dressing until your ready to eat, otherwise the spinach gets soggy.

Pitta bread or wraps filled with salad, ham, cheese, tuna etc.

All you need to do is either heat the pitta or wraps in the microwave or under the grill.

Mexican Wraps are great, you make them the night before, than grab and go in the morning.

you need:
1 burrito sized tortilla
refried beans
ground hamburger beef
mexican rice
salsa
sour cream
corn
(anything else you want in there)

Warm up the beans and brown the beef through

then layer the ingredients onto the upper center of the tortilla, roll up, folding the ends in. wrap in seran wrap, refridgerate, and its good to go in the morning.

This is a recipe my momma made up it's called a fake Big Mac.

You get some bread but not that weird brown kind just the cheap one and put on it some butter or you could get margarine if you want (but not spray on you need to spread it evenly) and then you do the easy part. Put on it some Doritos. Ranch is nasty, but cheesy is good. I hope you enjoy this delicious meal.
