Lower back pain?

My lower back hurts. It's not like a sharp pain, but sorta dull, but hurts pretty bad. It feels like it needs to pop but I can't find a way to pop it. any sugesstions?

You might have a spine bone out of place.
They pop out all the time.
Have your mom or brother or sister help you with this, but if you lay on the floor, on your stomach, then have someone massage around where it hurts for a while to loosen up the muscles, put your arms down your sides, and face to the floor, breathe in then out and have them push down with each palm on the side of your spine and push down.

If it doesn't pop, then breathe in, then out and have them push down somewhere else.
Make sure you don't push on the spine though, just on the side lol

it could just be muscle pain it could be disc or spine problems if it keeps happening go see a doctor

it may be muscle spasms I get them a lot and you described how they feel. visit a doctor if they start to spread or get worse

dude I have the exact same thing but I havent figured out what it is yet...if I do then ill let ya know cause I know what you mean...its annoying.
