You might have a spine bone out of place.
They pop out all the time.
Have your mom or brother or sister help you with this, but if you lay on the floor, on your stomach, then have someone massage around where it hurts for a while to loosen up the muscles, put your arms down your sides, and face to the floor, breathe in then out and have them push down with each palm on the side of your spine and push down.
If it doesn't pop, then breathe in, then out and have them push down somewhere else.
Make sure you don't push on the spine though, just on the side lol

My lower back hurts. It's not like a sharp pain, but sorta dull, but hurts pretty bad. It feels like it needs to pop but I can't find a way to pop it. any sugesstions?
