Low grade virus on cevix

My friend was just at the doctors and she was told that she has a low grade virus on her cervix. I've been trying to get more information on this since the doctor was an ass and refused to give her more information. She says that she has a white spot on her cervix and that the colposcopy performed gave results of a low grade virus. Does anyone know more about this? What it could be? How she got it? What the side effects are? How she could try to cure it in any alternative medical ways (I.e.: natural medecin, acupuncture, etc)? She is 30 years old and quite healthy but has repetitive yeast infections, migraines and low energy. Could these be in any way linked to the virus? She will get a second opinion and find a better doctor but in the mean while I hoped someone here could give some advice on weblinks or anything else that that could help us understand what she has.
