How to raise my confidence?

Hiyaaa.. I Find that I havnt really go much confidence.. I think that this could be because I am overweight.. or maybe because I have braces.. do you think if I lost weight and get my braces off which will be in about 2 month this will boost my confidence and I will start seeing myself in a different way??

Yes it would, but you have to remember, everyone is beautiful, most people are just too stupid to rialize. DOn't let anyone tell you that you can't, or you aren't pretty enough. YOU are the only you, don't think you're fat or ugly. If you do, then that's the only thing you'll ever be. Go for it and keep going once you think you've done enough. The only way to go is up, and you can't go up if you're looking down, get posative, it's contagious.

losing weight and getting your braces off wont make you more confident they will lead you to confidence, so imy vote is yes you shud go throu with losing weight and such! =]

More than likley it will give you a huge boost in confidence. But also do not just depened on that. Wke up everymoring and look int he mirror and tell yourself that you are a beautiful person. That way it can help boost your confidence.

I agree with voleeit 18. how can people say losing weight and getting your braces off will boost your confidence. if you dont have it now, you wont have it then. listen. I have braces and am slightly over weight, but I have a lot of confidence. you ARE beatiful! be urself. stand up tall. also DO go to the gym. I feels soo good to work out. im not trying to tell you to lose weight, im trying to tell you whats good for you. running is great so is taking looong walks. also, use your braces to make you confident! flash a smile! show them some colors! just remember to keep them clean lol.
