Want to go on this date but must lie to my mother

hey!!actually im going on a date tommorow and I am lying to my mother but I really want to go because I love the guy ...what should I do??

You shouldn't lie to your mother- if you want to prove to your mother that you're reliable, trustworthy and mature enough to go on dates, lying is not the way to do it.

You definately shouldnt lie about going, lies have a way of coming out. Even if you get away with it in the beginning, you will eventually get caught. Then she will never trust you and assume that you cant handle the level of responsiblity it takes to be able to go out on dates with guys. Why dont you talk to her and try to come up with an agreement. Maybe after she meets him a few times, and he spends some time over your house she will feel more comfortable with letting him take you out.
