you sound pretty young, so I dont know.
if he tried to feel you up pretty quick, he's not really worth it.
thinking about him a lot doesn't mean you love him...
and being together for a week is not time to fall in love.

You're simply infatuated with him. Its not love. And you should have more self-respect than to let a guy go to 2nd base on the 1st date.
