and just completely shut you out
of their life?!

Because a lot boys will tell a girl whatever she wants to hear, in hopes of getting what they want. If this is the same boy who told you he loves you, then wants to finger you, DOES NOT like you in the right way. He wants to finger you, but he doesnt want a relationship with you...you really cant think thats love! Dont associate a boy wanting something sexual from you as any kind of affection, because its all about their needs!
