I dont think I can answer to you, on how to tell if a boy is in love with you. boys are different and, im sure when boys fall in love or love someone, they act different from another boy who may be in love. Now probably you may need to be asking if the boy likes you... just because a boy speaks to you and winks his eyes dont mean he love you, BUT probably you he like you. Now I dont know how old you are but if you young he defiently is flirting with you, which could be a sign that he likes you, but you cant mistake that though, because he may do it to some other girls. but probably if you get the curage to ask him, probably he'll tell you if he like you or not.
