This is going to take patience and time because you probley don't have that much free time to exercise and stuff because of looking after your baby. Be sure to eat really healthy, look over the health food guide so you know how much fruits, vegetables, meats etc. you need each day. As for the exercising, you can do simple little exercises while doing things like watching t.v. Sit on the floor and do some push-ups, curl ups, little things like that.

Losing weight fast
im a mother of 5 month old baby, and I gained lot of weight while pregnant, but after dilivery I didn't spend time on losing weight but gained more weight, now im 182 lb, and want to be 140 in 3 months and fast as some special occasion is coming...
up, but I don't know whats the best way to loss it fast, somehow if I can loss 20 pounds in 1 months, without any pills, but naturally, some on please help wit this, I need to loss it end of june.
