Okay, and if your mom really won't buy anything except fast food, here are some guidelines:
Ask if you can have GRILLED chicken, instead of anything breaded or fried.
If she won't get that, only hamburgers, DROP THE CHEESE, and NO MAYO. It'll cut like 200 calories.
And NO FRIES. Better to get an extra plain burger, and drop the bun. Sorry.
Ask if they have any fruit (some of the kid's meals now have that) or yogurt instead.
Change to DIET SODA ONLY, or water.
Simple rules - nothing fried, nothing breaded, no added cheese.
One exception to the cheese thing: if you have a Dunkin Donuts - get the Egg White Flatbread sandwich, which has low fat cheese - get the sausage one, more protein, actually than the veggie.
As for exercise - ANYTHING that gets your heart pumping counts. Dancing, walking quickly, etc. Go for at least 15 minutes a day.

Losing weight help
Here we go...
I'm 14 years old about 5'7, 5'8 and about 210 pounds. My whole entire family/relatives are really obese/over weight... And I'm sick of it. I'm sick of not getting any boyfriends, and sick of people staring at me, and just sick of...
myself!
I don't care how long it will take to lose all this weight, I just want it to go away! I want to be atleast 140...And STAY 140.
My family is extremely poor, so we usually eat fast food about 3 times a week...And I'm starting to abosolutely hate fast food.
I ask my mom that I desperatley want to lose weight, and if she could stop getting fast food all the time, and if we can go walking or go to a gym or somthing. But she keeps saying that, she has very very little money, and can only aford fast food, because it fills us up and it's cheap for how much food we have. And she doesn't have enough money to let us go to the gym or anything.
When I asked if we can start walking at night or somthing, she says we really should, but since it's always 100+ degrees here, that it'll be hard for her because she has a some problems, and heat really kills her if she walks in it for along time.
My bro is 15 and about 6 foot and weights about...230? Or somthing, he wont tell me, and my mom is..uhh...42?? Lol I'm not sure, but weights about 215 or so.
My mom has stopped caring about her weight, because nothing works on us or her. And I gave up for awile, but am wanting to start up again.
So. How do I lose weight when we have abosolutely no money for any healthy food all the time. And no money to go to the gym. And it's really way to hot for my mom to walk outside, and she wont let me walk alone. I try hard to cut back my calories, but it's so hard when she comes home with fast food or candy.
How long do you think it will take to lose what? About 70 pounds? With all these drawbacks...Can anyone help me? I also have EXTREMELY LOW will power and self conifdence...
Please help me! I'm sick and tired of being so freakin fat and ugly. Barley any money for diets and healthy food, and can't really do any excersizing. I'm becoming very depressed of this. Thanks if you can help
