Losing weight and toning up

Hi there, I am 19 years old, 5' 11 weighing in at about 230 right now. I have a stocky build and realize that with my build if I try to lose too much ill look sick. with that said I would like to be down to about 200 but have some sort of definition...

on my abs and more definition in my pecs. I think those are my two biggest areas I really need to work on specifically because running should take care of my legs and butt. also help out with my abs. anyways if anyone can help with some ideas of workouts that will really target and fast track all of this than that would be really nice. thanks for the help in advance. oh and when it comes to the diet I have started to cutout the late night snacks and I dont drink pop anymore and havent for a while now. anyways thanks again
