HAHA angelfire read the wrong question. Sorry, anywho. Theres many easy ways to lose weight, but they all take time and you must be patient. First of all, make sure you change your diet. Don't go on those crazy diets out there, just make sure your eating healthy and don't eat all the crap thats out there. No white bread, just stick to brown bread, its soo much better for you. Also, make sure you get AT LEAST 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. To get this 30 minutes you could go for bike rides, go jogging, join a gym, or even get a good exercise video. Also, walk everywhere you can. If you have a car or you take the bus, if the place you need to go is close enough, just walk there, it does make a difference. So I hope I helped, but most of what I said is a no brainer and you probably already knew it all, but it is the healthiest way to lose weight.
Here's how i lost weight eat half the food you're used to eating like if you eat a double chees burger then try eating a single.... it always works! LOL
Hey, The only way I can loose wieght is to stick to chicken, fish or beef and vegetables, any and all. Friut OK but not too much fruit juice. And then some excercise. but you know what else? If you have wieght to loose your body may not be metabilizing sugar very well. in other words your brain says give me some food and your body says let's have some candy. That's because the body can't get the sugars from you last meal out of stoage very well. So YOU WILL BE A LITTLE FOGGY HEADED AND TIRED FOR A FEW DAYS OR EVEN MORE THAN A WEEK while you switch over to a healthier diet and your body figures out how to get sugars from your fat!. take naps!
i try to eat healthy and drink water and i excercise like 2-5 times a week.
well do u play a sport?....and why do u want to lose the lbs?...if its just because then u have to take it slow and it will stay off...i'm on the wrestling team so my weight go's up and down...every 3,500 cal=1 lbs so burn the cals or cut the cals from your diet!..if u want it really fast...only eat plan food...oatmeal, tuna, water, veggies..etc..but member it could come back because who can eat that way forever...its just a fast fix...but can be done with alittle changes to the diet.
