Exercise alot and eat healthy.
Exercise everyday, but make sure you are acually working out not just moving slightly. (be willing to sweat alot.)
Do sit ups, push ups, and butt exercises.
Do not eat any desserts. If you do have the craving, eat carrots instead. Try to stay away from any fried foods, and if you can try to eat a home cooked meal. Home cooked meals are much healthier than resturant food because it is usually cooked with less fat, grease, and or oil/ sauces.
Also you might want to try walking a mile or so before you eat dinner or any large meal, this will help you burn off some of the calories that are entering your body rather than waiting fot them to settle on you hips or something and then trying to burn them off.
Stick to these rules and you will be one of the healthiest and best looking this summer!
