like saucybaby said, lower body exercises. and eat right too... replace soft drinks and such with water and don't eat a lot of bread or cheese.. I mean a little is okay, but bread and cheese I think make you have a bigger lower half.. if you are going to eat bread, eat, whole wheat. but anyway yea.. lower body exercises and replace soft drinks with water, and eat healthy.
