By doing lower body exercises such as squats, running/ jogging, trampoline exercises, swimming, etc...

like saucybaby said, lower body exercises. and eat right too... replace soft drinks and such with water and don't eat a lot of bread or cheese.. I mean a little is okay, but bread and cheese I think make you have a bigger lower half.. if you are going to eat bread, eat, whole wheat. but anyway yea.. lower body exercises and replace soft drinks with water, and eat healthy. happy hope this helps. happy
