Losing weight

hi um im obese and I need to loose bout 2 stone by may as im going on holiday and I want the beach babe look
I weight 13 stone 11 at the moment please any help will be great
please no p*ss takes about my weight

oh and im 5ft 8 I think

193? I'd hardly call THAT obese. Maybe a little overweight, but not obese. Unless you're like 5'0..
Are you saying you need tips?
Drink 7 glasses of water a day. 1-2 before you eat, that should fill you up a little bit so you don't overeat. Do not eat fried or fatty foods. Restrict your diet by 500 calories.
For Example, I need 2,000 calories to maintain my Weight. I'd only eat 1,500 to lose Weight. For snacks, eat any Special K Food, pretzels, or Low-Fat yogurt.
If it's cold where you live, play this game called DDR. That's Dance Dance Revolution. It's great. you can burn UP TO 1000 calories.
