Try this-
eat less, or swap suguary, calaric foods for fruit and veg,
get out there more,
and be happy
the more you think about your weight
the longer it will take to go.

can some people give me easy tips to lose weight ?
I really wanna lose about 20 before I go to grad,
or the summer..
