Stop dieting? There's a reason restricting and putting foods off limit just doesnt work for most people... Instead of removing foods, start adding foods (like foods with color). And instead of 70 pounds, aim for 10. It's a much easier goal to accomplish, and once you've gotten there, you can set another goal (it's a psychological thing, if you think about a really huge thing, it seems impossible to do, and so you kinda give up before you even start and whatever you do after that is done kinda half heartedly, if you break it down and just look at the first step, it wont psych you out). Oh and need I say exercise?

I am going to go back to public school after online school. I have gained 14 lbs and was already overweight before that. I want to look good and not like a slob before homecoming! I have tried the South Beach Diet, Slim4Life, Shangri-La Diet, Weight...
