Well I used to weigh 165 the begining of last summer and I lost 51 pounds just in time to go pack to school. What I did wasn't very healthy but yeah I just skipped meals and cut down on portions when I did eat. I drank plenty of water and (rarely) exercised. I went from a size 14 to a 5 and now I eat normally and I can still fit into 4/5/7s.

Go on a diet, no offense but, if you want to lose weight, then you're going to have to start dieting and, exercise and by doing that eat more healthier foods, go for walks, work out at the gym, and, an idea if you would like, try water erobics.

Losing weight?
I am trying to lose weight but its not working, I want to get down from a 20 to a 12 so I can get the clothes I really like, Right now my style is weird gothic hippie prep, well not all at once but It depends on the day you see me on what Ill look like. and I would like to streamline my look. so hlp me lose tons of weight and look fabulous!
