Losing weight

im 13 and I weigh 94 pounds I want to lose weight before school starts in 5 days..

im a track, cross counrty runner, and play soccer, and do boxing.
but I have trouble loosing weight.. anybody got some tips.. im desperate...

please answer..

How tall are you. If you are nearly 5 feet tall then you don't need to lose any weight.

Girl, you need to think about why you already want to lose weight at such a young age. First off you don't weigh that much. Sometimes a body type does not allow you to be super skinney. Be healthy and keep playing sports.

dude your cute and your skinny and if you lost a lot of weight ud look anorexic. your fine seriously. dont let and e one tell you otherwise. and you cant even tell the difference that much if you gained or lost only 5 pounds.

I don't know what the rest of you looks like, but you definately aren't overweight. there's a big difference between overweight and overfat. but at 94 lbs, you couldn't possibly be overfat. just make sure you excercise and eat healthy.
