Losing weight

Ok so I wanna lose about 40 pounds in a couple months because im going to wildwood for colorguard championships and this guy I like is coming too for percussion championships. I wanna wear a two peice bathing suit. I weigh 21, if I eat a salad...

everyday, one piece of meat, eat fruit and vegs,and drink only water for two months would I lose that much along with excrises(running,pilates,gymnastics,ballet and colorguard)

I think deff will. With your determination and focus you can totally do it! Just dont give up!But you dont have to have the same foods every single day - variation is good, but its that you have to try to eat at the same time everyday and have frequent small meals. In this way your metabolism goes quicker and you get more out of your work out which results in weightloss.

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
