What should I do to flatten my stomach?

Over my summer vaca I want 2 be able 2 get thinner. I have like a month and 3 weeks left and this is my summer goal. I weigh 123 lbs, 14 years old and I am very self-concious about my figure. I have a lot of cool tight shirts that I dont wear because I feel that they dont look too great on me. my stomach is shaped weird, it is not one flat surface, I mean I wouldnt care if I still weighed this much but had a normal looking stomach. I think it is because I havent grown into myself yet because im only 14.. I just want 2 be able 2 wear my cool clothes and not feel self-concious about it by the time I go back 2 scool in 7 weeks. I hope there are tips out there that will motivate me into changing shape. I have a pool and a tredmile and many different other things that can probably be helpful to me, like tapes and this 6 second abs thing and this thing that you put on your stomach and it vibrates and might tone your abs... I need help

I think it's just in your mind.Wear what you want it's about.You are going up.I do like 1,000 set ups a week and still don't have flat tammy I am cruvey.Guy's love that. Trust me Iam 30 now.Here's a pic My wirght is 125lb

I have the same problem . I deflatted a round bouncy ball (the ones you can buy at walmart or target or really anywhere) and I lye on the floor with the ball placed under my lower back and do crunches with it there . you have to ajust it so that you "feel the burn" but its starting to work .

I'm 14 also and I weigh 115 I used to be 160 when I was younger but then I started doing soccer, and basketball and a lot of other sports and now am 115 I have the same problem with my stomach now and started working on it I have an abe lounge at home so I do that every day and I run 10 laps around my yard which is big so its a lot of running and im seeing a difference with in a week hope I helped
