u could try a salad and doing things like sit ups and things like that to get rid of fat.
no, by not eating or eating very little your not going to combat that fat properly
you need to exerscise it off
starving yourself and limiting your food intake makes you weaker, not skinnier
do it the right and effective way
eat healthy
and exerscise reguarly. do things like crunches on a regular basis
theres a lot more exerscises to loose your stomatch fat too
but dont expect to see results overnight, these things take a bit of time
but are worth it if its really neccessary
a good way to get rid of belly fat is if you don't feel like being outside doing somthing , but just feel like watching tv. when your show goes onto commercial do a few cruches or stretches or little excersices to help pass the time and burn some calories and if you are hungry instead of munching a potatoe chips or something full of fat and really greasy, munch on carrots or celory or something really healthy even a salad just not to much dressing. good luck...!!
