How to lose weight?

I've Got 17 Days To Lose As Much Weight As I Can, How Can I Do This... I Dont Mind How Much Weight I Lose But I Need To Lose At Least A Pound Lol Hopefully a lot More :D. Please Can Someone Help Me With Advice. Please Please Please Comment On This

1 pound want make any difference!! starve ya self for those 14 days and you cud lose 2 stone if ya excersise#

Why don't you just go on one of those diets. Not like a crash diets, just like eat fruits, vegtables daily or you can eat those south beach diets.

Don't starve yourself or go on the Fruit + Veg diet. I've tried them and they are really hard because you crave everything and it's sooo annoying!

Just don't eat and crappy foods, eat three small meals everyday + do an hours exercise everyday!

There is a good way to do it, just as long as its not a long term thing! Try the cabbage soup diet, that will help you lose it, but it won't help you keep it off once you are done with it. you are only supposed to do it for a week!
So look it up.. they will give you a recipe and what to do!

Look at your present diet. Write it out. Then identify the things that have high calories and eliminate them from your house (give them away, take them in for your school mates, throw them away, whatever). In their place eat more fruits and veggies, or anything that is lower in calories.
No more soft drinks, instead fruit juice, or Kool Ade made with artificial sweetener, or tea, or water.
Stay as active as you are now, or even better, move it up a notch. Walk where you use to ride. Take up fun activities (tennis, swimming, dancing, volleyball, dog walking, whatever). Do it with a friend for more motivation.

But whatever you do, start now.
