You sound very muscular and you should feel good about who you are. . . Muscle will always weigh more than fat and that counts. . .Don't go bolemic on us or anything unhealthy like that.
uuuhhh NO!!! no eating disorders! don't eat bad food. if you are level 6 also, don't worry about that. you have nothing but a fly away that would keep you from going higher if you weighed less. I know this isn;t the answer you want but it is the only way that is safe.

What's a good way to lose weight?
I'm a level 6 competitive gymnast. I just turned 14,I'm around 5'5 and I weigh 124 pounds. those numbers just seem like so much. my coach says it's mostly because I'm muscular, but that it might help me progress in my gymnastics career to lose just a couple of pounds. I love what I do so much, and I don't feel good about myself at all. is it bad to want to be anorexic even if your not??
what's a good way to be able to lose weight? like 5-7 pounds in like a week or so???
