You cant lose a whole lot of weight in just three weeks, but I'll show you something that can help.
If you're not a vegetarian, try acting a little like one. Like, replace a normal hotdog with a meatless dog. Theyre only 45 calories per link, and they're really healthy, too. Also, a veggie burger is only 90 calories.
You can also try getting as much exercise as possible, as long as you dont overdo it. Replace soft drinks with water. And if you exercise a lot some day, dont use the 'I deserve a good treat' excuse. Instead, you can have one unhealthy snack once in a while, as long as you dont overdo it.
