Lose weight but not off boobs?

Hey, so I really wanna lose loads of weight ! This is embarisin 4 me to admit on here but I am 15 years old and weigh 13 stones I'm about 5'6-5'8 in height and I am a size 14 how do I lose weight fast!???please can you give me some easy steps of meals...

and exercises that I can do please make the meals simple healthy meals because I neva have time so please please help me ! The only thing is I don't wanna lose weight off my boobs because my boobs are lush lol is this possible ?? Pls help me!

no it's not possible about the boob thing. you can't pinpoint where exactly you want to lose weight. but just eat healthy and exercise regularly and things will fall into place. stop stressing about it

Ok. 10 minutes of any exercise a day just basically if you want to lose weight off belly then try sit ups and twisting your body round - cut off all chocolate, bread, sweets, sugary fizzy drinks ( only have very few limit yourself) exchange this for natural fruit juice and have what I call !! FAT SATURDAY :D !! its great if your like on a special occasian then dont worry about it just be happy unless you want to lose weight fast
eat nothing but vegetables and fish only eat and breakfast lunch and dinner never inbetweenies and your done good luck take care!,

Keep in mind that a stone is 14 pounds. You weight 182 pounds. You should weigh between 117 and 159 pounds (8.5 to 11.5 stones), depending on whether you are closer to 5'6 or 5'8.

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
