should I lose 10 pounds im 140...or should I lose 20 and my hieght is 5'8

That is sad. Just plain sad.

That said, you are already at a "perfect" weight.

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 21.3 which is in the healthy, normal range for your height, the healthy, normal range being between 18.5 - 24.9.

I would say you are at a perfect, normal, healthy weight. If you lost 20 pounds, your BMI would be 18.2 and that is underweight.

I bet you look good as you are. You do not need to lose weight.

Hiya!! I'm the exact same height and weight and I'm aiming for 125lbs. That's a loss of 15lbs. I wouldn't lose 20, infact 10 would be fine, I'd be happy with it, I'm just going to go for the extra 5 because then I can have the occasional pig out on a girly night in and not have to worry too much.
What are you planning to do to lose the weight?
And as for the whole an "imperfect body relects and imperfect person"... It's a load of crap. There's no such thing as perfection because so many people have different preferences. You're actually a stunning person, you carry the weight a lot better than I do, but if you feel you need to lose the weight, go for it! At the end of the day it's your body and it's whatever you're most comfortable with!

I'm your height and like to weight about 130-132, your weight for your height is considered healthy, but if your not happy, just watch what foods and how many calories you eat every day and start keeping track of foods that aren't good. You have to like the way your body looks, it's not a matter of how much you "should" weight", if you want to make changes, just do it!
