How much weight loss is water loss?

I am obese about 168 kg 23 years old
I am trying to lose weight but I was wondering about water loss cause I have about 35 % fat. I calculated it and found that when I become only 20 % fat my weight will be about 110 kg and this is a heavy weight.
So my...

question will I lose some water with my fat so I become lighter and how much water?

Hi visnaga,

Water accounts for 70% of the human body, so proportionally, a large percentage of any weight you lose will actually be water loss.

so do you mean if I lose 1 kg of fat some water will be lost with this fat anywway?

first ur 23 and u shouldnt weight 110. thats how much my littel sister wieghts . just excersie and when u feel ur in a good shape then ur ok .
