Lose weight

Ok im 16, nearly 1m67cm, size 10-12 and an athletic build. I have weighed between 61-65kg for the past year and want to get down to 57-60kg by the new year preferably! I can lose weight but never keep it off! I have quite a busy life, have horses and...

ride every day I can when im at home, occasionally run (with dad/friends/at sch) or do whatever sport at sch (netball/tennis/hockey mainly + some others) and sometimes go to the weights room to do situps or use the running machine, and take the dogs for a walk! I go to a boarding sch so can't ride in the week! I eat 3meals a day and snacks when I feel like it! I know I should eat less, but what exercises would be good to tone my body, although it is quite muscly but I want my limbs to look smaller! I think my thighs are really large as I ride so they are like rocks, but I know people who ride who are thiner, its so unfair! aah, please give me some advice! I'd love to be a size 8-10! It would boost my self esteem! thanks!

you should probably eat healthier. even if you want to eat a lot if its healthy then you can lose some weight. Also before you go to bet do some lunges and sit ups. This will keep ypur body toned when you dont have much time. good luck! happy
